In diagnosis, challenge confirmative with history laboratory tests. Avoidance culprit only preventive method, especially patients severe symptoms. some allergies, crossreactivity allergens should be considered. Latex-fruit/vegetable syndrome pollen are well-understood phenotypes related to cross reaction. Red meat recently described as tick-borne diseases. a rare phenotype food-dependent exercise-induced anaphylaxis, factors affecting absorption allergen important its pathophysiology.
